   Company registration, sanctions screening, and authority-to-sell checks before terms are discussed.

2. Terms & formula pricing

   Contract price is tied to a published benchmark plus a fixed, disclosed differential — never a bare number.

3. Independent inspection

   SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek confirm quality and quantity at load and discharge.

4. Documented settlement

   Payment moves under agreed, verifiable instruments — never against unconfirmed instructions.
